Satsuma Designs, LLC does not currently rent, sell or otherwise
forward your name to other companies. To learn more about

Pricing,
Specifications and Availability
Prices, specifications and availability of products are subject
to change without notice. Due to the changing nature of the
computer market, and because of the technical differences
in the equipment of our customers, product descriptions may
not reflect current technical information, and we cannot be
responsible for photographic differences in product size,
shape and color.
Satsuma
Designs, LLC orders generate an automatic confirmation e-mail,
but the receipt of a confirmation only means that we have
received your order and does not constitute an offer to sell.
We may change our pricing, product description or specifications
after any confirmation e-mail, but prior to shipment, due
to errors, changing market conditions, product discontinuation
or unavailability, typographical errors, or any other reason.
We reserve the right to limit the quantity of any item sold,
or prohibit a sale altogether. We will notify you of any corrections
or changes to your order, and will not complete it until we
have your approval. Published prices do not include shipping,
sales tax and insurance. We are required by law to collect
sales tax on all shipments to the state of Washington.
Payment
You may pay by PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American
Express. We do not add any credit card surcharges. Please
see our Privacy Statement for more information about your
credit card safety.
Shipping
& Handling
Orders are shipped from Seattle, WA. Most orders are shipped
within 5 business days. USPS is our preferred carrier, which
offers the best price, tracking and speedy delivery.
Return/Exchange
Policy
Satsuma Designs' return policy guarantees satisfaction for
every purchase. You may return any item for exchange or refund
of merchandise price within 30 days of receipt. You may return
any new/unused item(s) in original condition (including original
packaging) for exchange or refund of merchandise price within
60 days of receipt.
To return
an item, please email Satsuma @ SatsumaDesigns.com to request
a Return Authorization Number (RAN). We will provide shipping
information by email. Please type 'RETURN' in the Subject
line of your email and include the following information
Customer Name
Product number and/or product name
Reason for return
Return for replacement, exchange, or refund
For your
protection, please use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for return
shipment. Include your packing slip and please let us know
the reason for the return and be sure to provide us with the
information below. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable
on returns. If this information is not included refund can
take longer to receive.
We will
promptly credit your credit card on receipt of the returned
items. When an exchange is requested, we will credit your
credit card on receipt of the returned items and then bill
you for the new items when they are ready to ship.
